Monestir Outdoor Floor Cleaner is formulated to remove green stains, moss, mildew, and dirt accumulated due to moisture and exposure to the elements. It is suitable for terraces, patios, pavers, and other outdoor surfaces made of clay, rustic stoneware, glazed ceramic, porcelain, aged marble, slate, stone, hydraulic mosaic, and concrete. Its alkaline formula chemically breaks down dirt, reducing the physical effort required during cleaning.

For everyday dirt and normal concentrations of green mold, it is recommended to dilute approximately one part of the product with three parts water. For old or heavily blackened green stains, it can be used undiluted. The approximate coverage is 5 to 8 m² per liter, varying depending on the concentration used and the condition of the surface.

The floor should be swept before beginning. Apply the product with a mop and let it sit for approximately 5 minutes for surface stains, about 30 minutes for normal moss, and up to an hour or more for old dirt. Then scrub with a scouring pad, brush, or rotary machine and rinse thoroughly with water, removing the dirt before it re-penetrates the floor. The recommended application temperature is 5 to 35 °C. Do not use on wood, paint, or plastic coatings that are sensitive to alkaline cleaners.
