Monestir Stamped Concrete Resin is a water-based protective treatment designed for stamped concrete and other cement-based surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. It acts as a hardener on new or worn surfaces, helping to reduce deterioration caused by foot traffic and exposure to the elements. Its application enhances the natural color of the pavement, reduces dirt buildup, and protects against household stains, moisture, and efflorescence.

The product is transparent and can be colored by adding approximately 1–2% of a dye compatible with water-based paints. One coat provides a matte wet-look finish; a second coat increases protection and provides greater gloss. Its approximate coverage is 8 to 12 m² per liter, depending on the substrate’s absorbency.

The floor must be thoroughly clean, swept, and completely dry. Apply the resin undiluted using a wide brush, roller, or spray, spreading an even coat and avoiding buildup or puddles. If a second coat is required, wait at least 4 hours. It dries to the touch in approximately one hour and reaches full effectiveness after 24 hours; during this period, it must not get wet. Apply at temperatures between 5 and 35 °C.
