Beams and slabs with large depths that are difficult for workers to access. Projects where noise must be drastically reduced (by not using electric or pneumatic vibrators). Application method The installation of EVOLUTION® is extremely efficient, but requires meticulous preparation of the mold, as the concrete will exert full hydrostatic pressure on it. Key considerations: Ensure that the formwork is completely watertight (absolute tightness) to prevent leaks due to its high fluidity.
Calculate the formwork pressure, as this concrete pushes harder than conventional concrete. Pouring can be done by direct pumping from the bottom or by controlled free fall. Do not vibrate at any time; the concrete does all the compaction work naturally. Spread the release agent evenly so as not to stain the final finish of the piece.
