AUTOLEVEL® is quick and ergonomic to apply, but requires rigorous control of the previous levels: The base surface must be clean, dry, and, in some cases, treated with a primer to ensure adhesion and prevent rapid water absorption. The material is pumped directly to the pouring point and distributed using leveling bars or level control tripods.
No vibration is required; a light pass with a spreading bar is sufficient to remove any surface air bubbles and aid self-leveling. The drying time must be strictly observed before walking on or laying the final flooring, depending on the thickness and humidity conditions. It is essential to avoid direct drafts during the first hours of setting to prevent too rapid evaporation.
