The Straight Pool Edging from Ladrillerías Mallorquinas is a terracotta tile with a slip-resistant finish, designed to form the perimeter coping of swimming pools. It is installed along the straight sections of the pool edge to create a continuous surface around the pool and provide a natural-looking ceramic finish.

Its slip-resistant finish is designed to improve safety in areas exposed to water, where the flooring may remain wet. In addition to protecting the pool edge, it allows the coping to blend seamlessly with terraces, patios, and Mediterranean-style terracotta pavers.

The coping tiles can be supplied cut to size to fit the specific dimensions of the project. This option is useful for joints, end sections, and pools whose dimensions do not exactly match standard sizes.

The 30-, 35-, and 40-cm base depths allow you to choose the depth of the coping based on the width of the pool wall, the desired overhang, and the structural design of the surrounding area. The 80-cm pieces reduce the number of joints, while the 40-cm pieces make it easier to adapt to small perimeters or those with more changes in direction.

A slight outward slope should be provided to prevent water from flowing back into the pool or pooling on the coping. The manufacturer warns that these coping pieces are not suitable for saltwater-chlorinated pools; therefore, the water treatment system must be checked before selecting them.
