The Corner Pool Coping from Ladrillerías Mallorquinas is a terracotta piece with a slip-resistant finish, specifically cut to form 90° joints at the top edge of swimming pools. Its purpose is to maintain continuity between two straight sections without resorting to improvised cuts during installation.

These pieces allow for cleaner, more uniform, and visually balanced corners. The pre-cut geometry facilitates the alignment of the joints and improves the final finish of the perimeter, especially in rectangular pools or those with right-angle turns.

Like the straight edging pieces, they are designed for wet areas and feature a slip-resistant surface. They can also be supplied with cuts tailored to the specific needs of the project, upon request.

Each corner must be paired with a straight edge of the same depth to maintain the alignment of the pool’s edge. Before placing an order, it is recommended to count the number of interior and exterior corners, verify the installation direction, and confirm whether special pieces or additional cuts are needed.

During installation, check the slope, the width of the joints, and that the substrate is properly waterproofed. As with straight edge pieces, the manufacturer notes that these pieces are not suitable for pools treated with salt chlorination.
