Macizo manual 4X12X24

The Macizo Manual 4 × 12 × 24 cm from Ladrillerías Mallorquinas is a hand-made, unfired clay brick with no perforations. Its artisanal finish results in slight natural variations in texture, color, and shape, making it ideal for projects that aim to preserve the traditional character of Mallorcan ceramics.

It is laid with vertical and horizontal cement mortar joints and can be used in load-bearing walls, as the manufacturer certifies it for this purpose. It is also suitable for Type 1 partition walls between dwellings, using a double-brick configuration, and for Type 2B solutions in the Silensis System.

Its high density allows it to be used in interior partition walls with higher acoustic requirements and as the primary layer in double-layer facades. Additionally, its compact size facilitates the creation of detailed masonry patterns and walls with traditional modular layouts.

Although it is commonly sold as 4 × 12 × 24 cm, the technical dimensions specified by the manufacturer are 4 × 11.5 × 24 cm. It has an approximate coverage of 71 pieces per m², is supplied on pallets of 480 units, and weighs approximately 1,700 kg per piece.

The product bears the CE mark and complies with standards UNE-EN 771-1, UNE-EN 772-1, UNE-EN 772-3, UNE-EN 772-13, and UNE-EN 772-16. In structural applications, the design specifications, mortar type, laying pattern, and instructions from the project management team must always be followed.
