CEYS Espumax Xpress Fixing Cannula is a low-expansion polyurethane adhesive foam developed to quickly secure and install building components, reducing wait times and preventing displacement due to overexpansion. It is suitable for insulation panels, wood, drywall, expanded polystyrene, stone, metal, door and window frames, steps, baseboards, bathroom fixtures, roof tiles, moldings, and other construction elements.

The cannula version provides initial set in approximately 1 minute, an approximate coverage of 36 linear meters in 20–30 mm beads, and a declared commercial strength of up to 1,500 kg/dm². The technical data sheet indicates an approximate density of 14.5 kg/m³, skin formation in 3–4 minutes, a cut-off time of 7–10 minutes, and a temperature resistance range of -50 to +90 °C once cured. It has a tensile strength of 121 kPa and a shear strength of 320 kPa.

Surfaces must be cleaned of dust and grease, and it is advisable to lightly moisten the substrate to promote curing. Shake the container about 20 times and apply in dots or beads, allowing it to air dry for 1–2 minutes before joining the parts. When filling cavities, do not exceed approximately two-thirds of the cavity. Once cured, it can be cut, sanded, polished, or painted. It does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE, or silicone and must be protected from prolonged UV exposure.
