The window sills from Ladrillerías Mallorquinas are terracotta pieces designed to finish off window sills. They feature a drip edge that helps divert rainwater away from the facade, facilitating its drainage to the outside and reducing direct runoff onto the wall surface.

In addition to their protective function, they offer a traditional ceramic finish suitable for homes, renovations, rural buildings, and Mediterranean-inspired projects. They are manufactured in different lengths to fit the width of the opening and can be supplied cut to size according to the specific needs of the project.

The length should be selected based on the total width of the opening, the side supports, and any overhang relative to the facade. When no standard size fits properly, the manufacturer offers custom cutting.

During installation, a slope toward the exterior must be maintained to facilitate water drainage and prevent water from pooling near the window frames. It is also important to ensure that the drip edge remains unobstructed and correctly positioned.

The window sills bear the CE mark and have been tested in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 10545-2, UNE-EN ISO 10545-3, and UNE-EN ISO 10545-4.
