Description
Mapegrout T40 by Mapei is a thixotropic, fiber-reinforced, medium-strength cementitious mortar developed to repair deteriorated concrete structures. It achieves a compressive strength of 40 MPa and is classified as an R3 structural mortar according to EN 1504-3.
Main Applications
It is suitable for rebuilding damaged concrete surfaces, column edges, beams, balconies, walls, and elements affected by rebar corrosion. It can also be used to level gravel pockets, concrete joints, formwork holes, and other surface defects.
Application and Coverage
Its consistency allows it to be applied with a trowel, float, or plastering machine without sagging. It can be applied in layers 1 to 3–3.5 cm thick, remains workable for approximately one hour, and has an approximate coverage rate of 18.5 kg/m² per centimeter of thickness. It is supplied in 25-kg bags.
