Description
Mapegrout Easy Flow Zero by Mapei is a single-component, thixotropic, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated, sulfate-resistant cementitious mortar. It is classified as an R4 structural mortar according to EN 1504-3.
Main Applications
It is specially formulated for repairing concrete structures using mechanical spraying. Its extended workability facilitates pumping over long distances and to great heights, making it suitable for viaducts, tunnels, canals, dams, reservoirs, and structures deteriorated by corrosion or sulfates.
Performance and Sustainability
It offers high resistance to dynamic and cyclic loads, helping to reduce the risk of cracking in repaired elements. The mixture remains workable for approximately one hour at 20 °C and can incorporate 0.25% Mapecure SRA to improve curing and control shrinkage. It is classified as EMICODE EC1 Plus and belongs to Mapei’s Zero range.
