MAPEGROUT COLABILE GF

Mapegrout Colabile by Mapei is a fluid, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated cementitious mortar designed for the structural repair of concrete elements. It is classified as an R4 mortar in accordance with the EN 1504-3 standard.

Its high flowability allows it to be poured into formwork, uniformly filling cavities and hard-to-reach areas without aggregate segregation. It is suitable for reconstructing columns, beams, slabs, supports, and large volumes of deteriorated concrete.

It is mixed with 13–14 parts water per 100 parts product, and 0.25% Mapecure SRA may be added to promote expansion and reduce shrinkage. The mixture remains workable for approximately one hour at 20 °C and can be applied in layers between 1 and 4 cm thick. For greater thicknesses, the addition of suitable aggregates should be considered.
