Description
Mapeflex PU35 CR by Mapei is a single-component, elastic polyurethane sealant with a high modulus and excellent chemical resistance. Once cured, it forms a flexible rubber capable of accommodating compression, tension, and torsion movements.
Main Applications
It is suitable for joints in warehouses, wastewater treatment plants, food and pharmaceutical industries, safety liners for tanks, and operating rooms. It is CSM-certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for use in cleanrooms, based on its chemical resistance, biological behavior, and emissions.
Technical Specifications
It accommodates movements of up to 25% when applied with Primer A or Primer M, and up to 20% without a primer. It offers high resistance to puncture and surface abrasion, but compatibility must be verified for each specific substance. It is available in gray 113, in 600-ml tubes, and is classified as EMICODE EC1 R Plus.
