MAPEFLEX PU 45 FT

Mapeflex PU 45 FT by Mapei is a single-component, paintable, fast-curing polyurethane sealant and adhesive with a high elastic modulus. It accommodates joint movement of up to 20% and provides high initial adhesion.

It is suitable for sealing joints and cracks in interior and exterior walls and floors. It can also be used to bond baseboards, moldings, panels, decorative elements, roof tiles, and various building components to compatible surfaces. Its thixotropic consistency facilitates vertical and overhead application, minimizing slippage of the parts.

It has a working time of approximately 35 minutes and is applied using a caulking gun. It can be painted once cured and is available in 300-ml cartridges and 600-ml tubes. The approximate coverage is 3 and 6 linear meters, respectively, for 10 × 10 mm joints.
