Description
Mapeflex AC-P by Mapei is a single-component, paintable acrylic sealant designed to provide a rough finish similar to that of plaster. This texture allows joints and repairs to blend visually into facades and textured mineral surfaces.
Main Applications
It is suitable for sealing cracks, joints, and interior or exterior seams on concrete, brick, plaster, and other porous substrates. It accommodates movement of up to 12.5%, making it suitable for moderately moving joints but not for joints subject to significant expansion.
Application and Packaging
It is supplied ready to use and can be applied with a caulking gun or putty knife. It has a working time of approximately 15 minutes, a Shore A hardness of 15, and is available in white. It is sold in 310-ml cartridges, with an approximate coverage of 3.1 linear meters for a 10 × 10 mm joint.
