LAMPOSILEX

Mapei’s Lamposilex is a premixed hydraulic binder that sets and hardens very quickly, developed to block water ingress even when seepage is active.

It is suitable for sealing cracks, fissures, holes, and localized areas in concrete or masonry through which water penetrates. It is particularly useful in basements, underground walls, reservoirs, tunnels, canals, and other structures subject to seepage.

Mix with water only until a pliable paste is obtained, using approximately 28 grams of water per 100 grams of product. Its workability time is approximately one minute at 20 °C; therefore, it should be prepared in small batches and applied immediately, pressing it into the cavity until it hardens.

The approximate coverage is 1.8 kg per dm³ of cavity, and it is sold in 5-kg bags.
