Description
Mapei Keraquick S1 is a high-performance, flexible, fast-setting cementitious adhesive classified as S1 according to EN 12004. It exhibits zero vertical slip and allows for application thicknesses of up to 10 mm.
Main Applications
It is suitable for installing ceramic tiles, mosaics, and stone materials resistant to moisture, on both interior and exterior walls and floors. Its rapid setting is particularly useful for renovations, commercial spaces, and projects requiring shorter completion times.
Setting Times and Packaging
The mixture remains workable for approximately 30 minutes and offers an open time of 15 to 20 minutes. Grouting and foot traffic are permitted after about 2–3 hours, while the surface is ready for use after 24 hours. For swimming pools and storage tanks, a waiting period of 2 to 3 days is required. It is available in white and gray and is classified as EMICODE EC1 R Plus.
