KERAPOXY CQ

Mapei’s Kerapoxy CQ is a two-component, bacteriostatic, and acid-resistant epoxy mortar designed to create durable, hygienic, and easy-to-maintain grout joints. Its formulation with colored quartz aggregates promotes a uniform finish and easier cleaning during application.

It is suitable for grouting ceramic tiles, mosaics, and stone materials in interior and exterior flooring and wall surfaces. It is ideal for professional kitchens, food processing facilities, hospitals, swimming pools, laboratories, and areas subject to frequent cleaning.

It offers high chemical and mechanical resistance, low water absorption, and BioBlock® technology to prevent the proliferation of microorganisms. The mixture remains workable for approximately 45 minutes, allows foot traffic after about 24 hours, and achieves resistance to chemical attack after four days. It is available in 21 colors and holds an EMICODE EC1 R Plus classification due to its extremely low emissions.
