Description
Mapei’s Kerabond Plus is a high-performance cementitious adhesive with improved adhesion and extended open time, designed for installing ceramic tiles. It comes in white or gray powder form and is notable for its good workability and low-shrinkage setting.
Main Applications
It is recommended for installing medium-sized ceramic tiles and various types of mosaic tiles on properly prepared standard construction substrates. The mixed product remains workable for more than eight hours and offers approximately 30 minutes of open time, facilitating tile placement and adjustment.
Performance and Mixing
The flooring can withstand light foot traffic in approximately 24 hours and is ready for use in about 14 days. When mixed with Isolastic in place of water, its performance can be enhanced to meet the C2E S2 classification, providing high deformability for more demanding applications. It is EMICODE EC1 Plus certified.
