Description
Mapei Granirapid is a high-performance, flexible, fast-setting, two-component cementitious adhesive. It is supplied as a powder and a liquid, which must be thoroughly mixed before application.
Main Applications
It is suitable for installing ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, mosaics, and stone materials on floors and walls. It is particularly well-suited for natural stones that are sensitive to moisture or staining, as well as for silica-based composite materials.
Advantages and Variants
Its rapid setting allows for foot traffic approximately 3 to 4 hours after application, and the area can be put into service after 24 hours. It offers excellent adhesion and workability, making it useful for quick renovations and high-traffic areas. It is available in white, in 28-kg kits, and gray, in 30.5-kg kits. It has an EMICODE EC1 Plus classification due to its very low emissions.
