FLEXCOLOR EASY GROUT

Mapei’s Flexcolor Easy Grout is a ready-to-use, single-component, water-based paste grout formulated with acrylic-polyurethane resins. It is suitable for filling joints between 2 and 10 mm on ceramic tiles and glass mosaic tiles, on both interior walls and floors as well as exterior walls.

Its consistency makes it easy to apply and clean the tiles afterward, without the need to mix the product with water, cement, or other components. Once dry, it provides joints with uniform color, a smooth finish, good adhesion, and resistance to vibrations and minor deformations.

BioBlock® technology helps prevent the growth of microorganisms that cause mold, while DropEffect® technology reduces surface water absorption and provides water-repellent properties. Additionally, it has very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is classified as EMICODE EC1 Plus.

It is not recommended for outdoor flooring, swimming pools, tanks, shower pans, saunas, steam rooms, or surfaces subject to continuous or occasional water pooling. Nor should it be used on porous tiles, such as terracotta or clay tiles, without first verifying their compatibility.
