EPORIP

Mapei’s Eporip is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy adhesive designed for the monolithic sealing of cracks in screeds and for creating bonding bridges between fresh concrete and hardened concrete.

Its two pre-measured components are mixed in a 3:1 ratio to form a uniform, slightly thixotropic paste. This consistency allows it to be applied with a brush as a bonding bridge or poured directly into cracks and voids, depending on the repair requirements.

Once cured, Eporip forms a strong, watertight bond with no shrinkage. Its workability time is approximately 60 minutes at 23 °C, facilitating the execution of repairs, bonded overlays, and durable structural connections.

The approximate coverage rate is 0.5 to 2 kg/m² when used as a bonding agent and approximately 1.35 kg per liter of cavity when sealing cracks. Eporip meets the requirements of the EN 1504-4 standard for structural adhesive products and is sold in pre-measured kits of 2 and 10 kg.
