General Description

Termoarcilla 24 by Ladrillerías Mallorquinas is a 24-cm-thick lightweight ceramic block designed for building sturdy walls and thicker exterior walls. Its tongue-and-groove vertical joint facilitates the alignment of the blocks and reduces the number of vertical mortar joints, while the horizontal joints are filled with cement mortar.

It can be used in load-bearing walls, exterior walls, and partition walls between Type 2B dwellings in the Silensis System. The product is certified by the manufacturer for load-bearing walls and includes special blocks to address key challenges in masonry construction.

Its 24 cm width allows for the construction of walls with a larger cross-section than the 14 and 19 cm models. This feature makes it a suitable alternative for projects where the ceramic wall itself must play an important role in the structural, thermal, or acoustic solution, always subject to the corresponding technical verification.
