General Description

The Knauf Spacer Profile is a metal accessory designed to maintain a uniform spacing between the primary profiles in certain accessible ceiling systems. Its use facilitates the layout of the structure and helps keep the components properly aligned during installation.

It is used primarily in accessible ceilings that do not incorporate secondary profiles, such as the Knauf Contur and Visona systems. In these solutions, the spacer acts as a separating and stabilizing element between the main profiles, helping to form a regular and precise grid.

It is made of galvanized steel sheet, a material that provides lightness, dimensional stability, and protection against corrosion under typical indoor conditions. It has a Class A1 fire rating, and its characteristics comply with the EN 13964 standard for suspended ceiling systems.
