Knauf Pasta Drystar Filler 60

Knauf Drystar Filler 60 is a gypsum-based powder paste specifically developed for joint treatment and surface finishing of systems constructed with Knauf Drystar panels. It has a distinctive gray color and must be mixed with water before application.

It is used in conjunction with Knauf Drystar Tape, for both manual and mechanical application. Its smooth, creamy consistency makes it easy to spread, fill joints, and achieve uniform surfaces on drywall walls and ceilings.

Its main feature is low water absorption, combined with H1-rated water-repellent properties and high resistance to mold growth. For this reason, it is particularly suitable for Drystar systems installed in interior spaces exposed to moisture and water.

The product has an approximate setting time of 60 minutes, allowing for rapid progress in joint treatment. Once dry, it is easy to sand and can be used as a finishing compound to achieve a Q4 finish level, suitable for surfaces requiring high visual quality.

The recommended mixing ratio is approximately 0.40 liters of water per kilogram of product. It is available in 10-kg bags and, when stored under proper conditions and protected from moisture, has a shelf life of up to 9 months.
