Canal U 50

The channels serve to support the panels and absorb the stresses inherent to their components, without any external load-bearing function. The channels are used as perimeter profiles for the installation of self-supporting wall linings, partitions, and ceilings, as a framework for securing laminated gypsum panels. They come in different widths, depending on the total thickness of the system to be constructed. Not recommended for standard ceilings.

The profiles are made of galvanized steel sheet, type DX51D (Fe Po 2 G), with a Z450 coating and a standard star pattern (N), ordinary finish A (all in accordance with UNE EN 14195). As their name implies, their function is to support the panels and absorb the stresses inherent to these elements, without performing any load-bearing function.
