SELLACRIL PU - arniz sellador para superficies minerales

Neoquim Sellacril PU is a single-component, solvent-based polyurethane liquid sealer formulated to protect concrete floors and other porous mineral surfaces. Once cured, it forms a transparent, high-gloss film that is hard and wear-resistant, making it particularly suitable for indoor areas subject to heavy foot traffic. Neoquim classifies it among its flooring treatments designed for the most demanding mechanical conditions.

The coating improves the surface’s resistance to abrasion, oils, and greases, while also making subsequent cleaning easier. These characteristics make it ideal for garages, warehouses, workshops, technical areas, and concrete floors where a conventional acrylic sealer may fall short. The approximate coverage published by Neoquim is 4–8 m²/L, depending on the porosity and absorbency of the substrate.

The substrate must be completely clean, dry, sound, and free of dust, grease, oils, and poorly adhered coatings. Avoid product buildup and apply uniform coats to achieve a consistent finish.

Neoquim recommends waiting approximately 6–10 hours before allowing foot traffic, although environmental conditions and the applied thickness may affect this timeframe.
