Description

General Description

Specific Protection for Stamped Concrete

Neoquim Sellacril Impreso is a transparent, colorless, solvent-based acrylic coating formulated with resins that offer high hardness and resistance. It is specifically designed to seal and protect concrete and stamped concrete surfaces, forming a surface film that reduces dirt penetration and helps preserve the decorative finish against wear and weathering. Neoquim distinguishes this product from its general-purpose sealers because it is specifically designed for the maintenance of stamped concrete surfaces.

Glossy Finish and Wear Resistance

The product leaves a high-gloss finish that enhances the appearance of the concrete and visually restores surfaces whose color has faded over time. The acrylic film also provides resistance to surface wear caused by normal foot traffic. The coverage rate published by Neoquim ranges from approximately 4 to 8 m² per liter, depending on porosity, the condition of the floor, and the amount applied.

Application on Clean Flooring

Before applying the varnish, remove dust, grease, dirt, release agent residue, and old, poorly adhered coatings. The concrete must be sufficiently dry to prevent moisture from becoming trapped beneath the coating. It is recommended to apply thin, uniform coats, avoiding buildup on raised areas and joints. Sellacril Impreso is particularly suitable for patios, driveways, terraces, and decorative stamped concrete surfaces that need to regain protection and luster.

Coverage: 4–8 m²/L.
