SELLACRIL AQUO - Consolidante multisuperficies

Neoquim Sellacril Aquo is a single-component, water-based consolidant specifically formulated to harden and stabilize deteriorated building materials. It penetrates the substrate and reinforces its internal cohesion, increasing resistance to abrasion, wear, and impact without creating a visible decorative finish. It is manufactured with low-molecular-weight acrylic resins and a synthetic polymer containing particles of approximately 5 microns, designed to achieve good adhesion to various substrates.

Neoquim recommends Sellacril Aquo for restoration work on limestone, sandstone, artificial stone, plaster, paint, and deteriorated mortar. This makes it particularly suitable for the rehabilitation of facades, historic cladding, and mineral materials that have lost surface integrity due to erosion or aging.

The product has medium penetration, is suitable for both interior and exterior use, and is formulated not to significantly alter the appearance of the substrate. Furthermore, it remains permeable to water and vapor—an important property when working on traditional materials that need to retain their breathability.
