PROTECTOR STONE PLUS - Protector antimanchas hidro-oleofugante

Neoquim Protector Stone Plus is a water- and oil-repellent protector with a natural finish, developed to reduce the absorption of water, oils, greases, and other liquids capable of causing deep stains on porous mineral surfaces. It is formulated with organosilicon derivatives and fluoropolymers in a solvent-based system, creating an invisible protective barrier without noticeably altering the material’s original color or finish.

It can be applied to marble, granite, limestone, terrazzo, natural stone, concrete, clay, and absorbent ceramic materials. It is particularly suitable for countertops, stone tables, facades, flooring, and surfaces exposed to grease, oils, coffee, food, or moisture. It does not form a surface film, so it allows water vapor to pass through and maintains the substrate’s breathability.

It is supplied ready to use. The substrate must be clean, completely dry, and absorbent. Apply with a brush, short-nap roller, or cloth until the surface is evenly saturated. For maximum protection, two wet-on-wet applications are recommended; any excess should be wiped off within approximately 30–40 minutes. The protective coating reaches full development in about 24 hours.
