PROTECTOR STONE AQUO - Protector oleofugante y antimanchas en base acuosa.

Neoquim Protector Stone Aquo is a water-based stain protector formulated with oil-repellent active ingredients and humectants. It creates an invisible barrier that prevents oils, fats, sauces, coffee, beverages, and other substances from penetrating by capillary action or becoming strongly adhered to the material, making it easier to clean later. It does not noticeably alter the original color or sheen of the surface.

It can be applied to marble, granite, terrazzo, limestone, concrete, and microcement, as well as other absorbent natural or synthetic materials. It also has water-repellent properties, which slow down water absorption and help limit moisture-related issues such as efflorescence, salt deposits, rust stains, or mold growth. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

It is supplied ready to use and can be applied with a brush, roller, or spray. Neoquim recommends that the surface be clean and preferably dry, although it can be applied to surfaces with up to approximately 40% moisture content. On highly porous materials, two coats can be applied wet-on-wet, with a maximum of 60 minutes between coats. Excess product should be wiped off within about 30–40 minutes, and the protection reaches full effectiveness in approximately 24 hours.
