PISCISELL - Sellador de fugas en piscinas

Neoquim Piscisell is a ready-to-use, single-component liquid sealant designed to repair small water leaks in swimming pools while the system remains in recirculation. Its main advantage is that it does not require locating the exact source of the leak beforehand or draining the pool. Neoquim states that it can seal microcracks up to approximately 0.2 mm wide, provided the leak is not caused by significant structural damage.

As a general guideline, Neoquim recommends approximately 2–5 L per 100 m³ of water for pools with daily water loss not exceeding about 200 L. The product is agitated and introduced through the skimmers or the recirculation pump, after which the pool is kept on recirculation for 2–3 days. After this period, the system is shut down to check whether the leak has been sealed.

Piscisell is compatible with standard pool materials, including rubber and elastomers, and the resulting repairs are rigid and heat-resistant. However, Neoquim specifies that it is not suitable for certain flexible systems, such as some PVC liners, where the diameter of the crack may vary with movement of the material. The pool must not be used during the process; afterward, the pH and chlorine levels must be readjusted before swimming.
