Neoquim Neopark Clorocaucho is a single-component, solvent-based enamel made from pure chlorinated rubber, specifically developed to waterproof and protect surfaces intended to remain in contact with water. It forms a continuous film with a satin finish and good color retention, making it particularly suitable for swimming pools, ponds, tanks, and ornamental water features.

The product exhibits high adhesion to absorbent substrates, particularly properly prepared mortars and concretes. Once dry, the coating is impervious to water and resistant to the alkalinity inherent in these materials—an important characteristic when painting directly onto cementitious substrates.

Neoquim is noted for its resistance to diluted acids and bases, as well as to the chemical agents commonly used in water treatment and maintenance.
