Water-Based Sealer for Stamped Concrete

Neoquim Neolatex Impresos is a water-based acrylic coating specifically developed to protect and enhance the appearance of stamped concrete surfaces. It is designed to seal the surface, reduce dirt absorption, and make maintenance easier, while maintaining a more natural appearance than high-gloss, solvent-based varnishes. Neoquim highlights its excellent adhesion and durability for outdoor applications.

Natural Finish and Resistance to Yellowing

An important feature of Neolatex Impresos is its natural, non-yellowing finish. The formulation uses acrylic resins resistant to outdoor UV radiation, making it particularly suitable for patios, terraces, walkways, driveways, and other stamped concrete surfaces exposed to the sun. Its published approximate coverage is 4–8 m²/L, depending mainly on the concrete’s absorbency and texture.

When to Choose It Over Sellacril Impreso

Neolatex Impresos is particularly suitable when a water-based system and a low-gloss finish are preferred. Sellacril Impreso, on the other hand, is a solvent-based product designed to achieve a high gloss. This difference allows you to select the treatment based on the desired finish without confusing the two products.

The floor must be firm, clean, and dry, free of dust, grease, or deteriorated coatings that could prevent uniform adhesion.
