NEOCEM C - Puente de unión con cargas

Neoquim Neocem C is a water-based, textured bonding primer formulated with synthetic acrylic resins, fine-grained aggregates, and additives. Its function is to create a bonding surface on smooth or low-absorbency substrates, facilitating the subsequent adhesion of plaster, putty, render, paint, and mortar. The presence of mineral fillers clearly distinguishes this product from Neocem NQ and creates a rough texture that improves mechanical anchorage.

Neoquim recommends it before applying high-shrinkage mortars, single-coat mortars, tile adhesives, plasters, and putties to surfaces that do not provide sufficient adhesion on their own. It can be used both indoors and outdoors and has a thixotropic consistency, which facilitates its application on vertical surfaces without excessive sagging.

Neocem C should be chosen when a physically rough surface is desired prior to coating. Neocem NQ, on the other hand, is an unfilled acrylic resin formulated primarily for high tack. For this reason, Neocem C is particularly useful for rendering, single-coat applications, and plastering on smooth substrates.
