MORTERPLUS REPAR - Mortero de reparación

Neoquim Morterplus Repar is a repair mortar formulated with special cements, silica, resins, and specific additives, designed to restore damaged concrete and mortar elements. It is suitable for repairing spalling, cracks, degraded surfaces, waterproof plaster, edges, columns, and other facade or structural elements. Its formulation provides good adhesion even on substrates that are difficult to bond to, as well as weather resistance.

The technical documentation published by Neoquim indicates a compressive strength greater than 45 N/mm² at 7 days, an approximate bond strength of 2 MPa, and a modulus of elasticity equal to or greater than 20 GPa. It also exhibits thixotropic properties, allowing it to be applied to vertical surfaces and even ceilings without excessive sagging.

The substrate must be sound, clean, and dampened before application. The mortar is mixed until a homogeneous consistency is achieved and is applied by pressing with a trowel, spatula, or other suitable tool to ensure proper compaction. Neoquim specifies a working time of approximately 30 minutes and a rapid setting time of about 15–20 minutes, depending on temperature. The approximate coverage is between 1.5 and 2 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
