Morterplus Epoxy Autonivelante

Neoquim Morterplus Self-Leveling Epoxy is a three-component epoxy mortar composed of a medium-viscosity epoxy resin, a hardener, and selected aggregates. Its formulation is designed to spread and level out on horizontal surfaces, creating a continuous coating with high mechanical and chemical resistance.

It is specially designed for industrial floors, workshops, warehouses, garages, production areas, and other surfaces subject to foot traffic, abrasion, or occasional contact with chemicals. The epoxy nature of the product provides a dense and durable surface, suitable for situations where a conventional cementitious mortar does not offer sufficient durability against wear or certain aggressive agents.

The three components must be mixed in strict accordance with the proportions provided by Neoquim until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The substrate must have good mechanical strength and be dry, clean, and free of dust, oils, grease, poorly adhered paint, or contaminants. Cracks, joints, and significant defects must be treated beforehand.

Its self-leveling properties make it easy to achieve a smooth surface on horizontal surfaces, but it is not suitable for repairing vertical surfaces or areas where the product must remain in place without running; for those applications, Neoquim offers Morterplus Epoxy Tixo.
