Morterplus autonivelante

Neoquim Morterplus Self-Leveling is a ready-mix mortar designed for smoothing and leveling interior floors, developed to create flat surfaces prior to the installation of subsequent floor coverings. Its self-leveling properties allow the product to spread over the substrate with minimal manual intervention, filling in small irregularities and level differences.

Neoquim specifies its use in thicknesses of up to 5 mm, making it particularly suited for fine leveling and surface preparation, rather than for thick structural screeds. It can be used to correct minor undulations, pores, or unevenness before installing ceramic tiles, vinyl flooring, or other finishes compatible with the construction system.

To achieve proper leveling, the substrate must be sound, cohesive, and clean, with all dust, grease, paint residue, loose materials, and contaminants that could impair adhesion removed. On highly absorbent substrates or those with special characteristics, a compatible primer may be necessary before spreading the mortar.

The mixture must be prepared strictly according to the amount of water specified by the manufacturer, as excess water can affect its leveling properties and final performance. After mixing, pour the mortar onto the floor and spread it until the required thickness is achieved. Morterplus Self-Leveling is primarily designed for renovations, restorations, and the preparation of interior floors where a uniform base is needed before the final finish.
