Limfa - Limpiador desincrustante quitacementos y eflorescencias

Neoquim Limfa is a concentrated, acidic cleaner designed primarily to remove cement residue, lime scale, saltpeter, efflorescence, and salt deposits. Its formulation combines high-potency inorganic acids, wetting agents, and corrosion inhibitors, transforming insoluble salts adhering to the surface into compounds that are easier to remove by washing.

It is suitable for post-construction cleaning, building restoration, pool maintenance, and the removal of residues from acid-resistant materials. It can be used on rustic floors, brick, glass, porcelain tile, stoneware, or mosaic tile, as well as on certain construction tools and machinery with cement residue. Its corrosion inhibitors help reduce the risk of rust on metal components during these tasks.

Before applying Limfa, it is recommended to dampen the surface. Depending on the severity of the buildup, it can be used undiluted or diluted with up to 10 parts water to one part product. After application, allow it to act for approximately 5–10 minutes, without exceeding the recommended ten minutes. If necessary, scrub with a stiff-bristled brush and then rinse thoroughly with water. For stubborn dirt, the process may be repeated. It is recommended to wear gloves and to use the product only on surfaces compatible with acidic cleaners.
