LIMFA F - Limpiador desincrustante y desoxidante de seguridad

Neoquim Limfa F is a concentrated acid cleaner formulated with specific inorganic acids and wetting agents, developed for intensive cleaning with a less aggressive action than conventional acid descalers. Its non-oxidizing formula is particularly suitable for removing mineral deposits and stubborn residues left behind after construction work or during renovation projects.

Limfa F acts on cement residue, lime, saltpeter, efflorescence, and rust stains, as well as other mineral-based dirt that does not respond adequately to alkaline detergents. It can be used on facades, pavements, and other compatible mineral surfaces, and is particularly useful for final cleaning after construction, restoration, and maintenance of exterior surfaces.

Limfa F should be diluted according to the level of soiling; however, for particularly stubborn deposits, Neoquim recommends higher concentrations. Before application, it is recommended to first dampen the surface with water. The product is then applied, left to act for the indicated time, and scrubbed mechanically when necessary before rinsing thoroughly.

Although it is labeled a “safe acid cleaner,” it is still an acidic chemical. Appropriate protective equipment must be used, and compatibility should be verified beforehand when working on limestone, metals, polished surfaces, or particularly delicate finishes.
