Neoquim LF-10 is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with a thixotropic consistency, formulated for cleaning and restoration work on building surfaces with significant buildup of dirt. Its high cleaning power effectively removes grease, soot, environmental contamination, and other organic or stubborn dirt that cannot be properly removed with conventional maintenance products.

Its thick consistency helps keep the product in contact with the surface for longer, a feature that is especially beneficial on facades, walls, and other vertical surfaces. It is designed for cleaning mortar, mineral coatings, stone, and other surfaces resistant to alkaline products, making it particularly well-suited for rehabilitation, restoration, and pre-treatment cleaning prior to subsequent processes.

Since this is a concentrated product, the concentration should be adjusted according to the type of dirt and the surface’s resistance. Apply it to the area to be cleaned, allow it to act for the necessary time, and then scrub mechanically if necessary before rinsing thoroughly with water.

Before using it on painted surfaces, light metals, delicate materials, or finishes whose resistance to alkaline products is unknown, it is advisable to conduct a preliminary test. Its thixotropic nature reduces runoff and allows for more efficient use of the product in localized treatments.
