IMPERMUR - Impermeabilizante de caucho para cimientos

Neoquim Impermur is a viscous asphalt emulsion developed to form a protective barrier against moisture in building components exposed to the ground or to adverse environmental conditions. Its formulation combines bituminous materials with acrylic resins and mineral fillers, providing a continuous film with good adhesion to common building substrates.

It is suitable for protecting walls, foundations, concrete, masonry, mortar, brick, and certain wooden elements, especially when the goal is to limit moisture penetration from the outside. Its use is particularly beneficial for buried walls, baseboards, elements in contact with the ground, and renovation projects where it is necessary to apply a bituminous surface protection.

Before applying Impermur, the substrate must be sound and clean; remove dust, dirt, grease, and poorly adhered materials. The product’s viscous nature allows it to be spread into a uniform layer, adapting to moderate surface irregularities. To achieve continuous waterproofing, it is important to avoid uncovered areas, open pores, and discontinuities.

Impermur is primarily intended as a surface protection treatment; therefore, structural cracks, expansion joints, or significant water ingress must be repaired beforehand using the appropriate system. Its high chemical adhesion and resistance to atmospheric agents make it a practical solution for waterproofing underground structures and protecting building components.
