IMPERLATEX FV - Impermeabilizante acrílico flexible

Neoquim Imperlatex FV is a single-component acrylic waterproofing coating with embedded fiberglass, developed to form flexible and durable membranes on roofs, terraces, patios, and other exterior surfaces. The incorporation of fibers reinforces the waterproofing film and improves its resistance to microcracks and surface movements of the substrate, eliminating the need to rely solely on a separately installed reinforcement mesh.

Once dry, it forms a waterproof, flexible, durable, and walkable film. Neoquim especially recommends it for construction in marine environments, humid areas, or regions subject to frequent rainfall, where a roof is repeatedly exposed to changes in humidity and temperature. It adheres well to concrete, cement, and compatible ceramic materials and offers good resistance to wear and weather changes.

The surface must be free of dust, grease, and contaminants, and any cracks or defects must be repaired beforehand. The product can be applied using a brush, roller, trowel, or low-pressure spray. Neoquim notes that Imperlatex FV is supplied ready to use; it is recommended to mix the contents thoroughly before application.

In multi-coat systems, allow the recommended drying times between coats and apply the coats in a crisscross pattern to achieve uniform coverage. This product is particularly suitable when an acrylic membrane with integrated fiber reinforcement is desired to reduce weak spots in the coating.
