HIDROSOL AQUO - Hidrofugante concentrado soluble en agua

Neoquim Hidrosol Aquo is a concentrated, water-based water repellent formulated with silicon derivatives and performance-enhancing additives to provide high water repellency in absorbent building materials. This treatment reduces capillary water penetration without forming a surface film, allowing the substrate to remain permeable to water vapor.

It is suitable for porous mineral materials where the effects of moisture need to be reduced, such as mortars, concrete, brick, stone, plaster, and other compatible absorbent substrates. By reducing water ingress, it helps limit problems associated with rain, such as the appearance of dampness, surface deterioration, or efflorescence. Neoquim includes it in its professional line of water-repellents for construction, restoration, and stone.

Unlike Hidrosol Aquo 10 or Hidrosol Aquo Plus, this product is sold as a water-soluble concentrate and must therefore be prepared according to the ratio specified by Neoquim before use. The surface must be clean and free of dust, grease, salts, and any treatments that could hinder penetration.

Its water-based formula makes it ideal for applications where the use of solvents needs to be minimized. It is particularly suitable for preventive treatments of facades and mineral surfaces directly exposed to rain.
