FLUIDEX - Superfluidificante para mortero

Neoquim Fluidex is a workability-enhancing additive for mortars and concretes designed to improve the workability of the mixture and facilitate its placement. Its use results in more fluid and homogeneous consistencies, facilitating the filling of forms, distribution around rebar, and the construction of elements where maintaining good workability is crucial.

Among its main advantages is improved concrete pumping and placement, reducing the effort required during spreading and compaction. Fluidex also helps reduce segregation of components, resulting in a more stable and uniform mix during transport and application. Proper fluidization can also result in a less porous final structure by allowing for a more controlled water-to-cement ratio.

The product must be added during mixing and distributed evenly throughout the entire mix. The dosage must be adjusted according to the type of cement, initial consistency, and required flowability, following Neoquim’s technical instructions.

It is particularly useful in pumped concrete, heavily reinforced elements, precast concrete, concrete overlay, and mortars where workability needs to be improved without simply adding more water. Its use also facilitates the achievement of more uniform finishes and better compaction of the material.
