Neoquim Fang is a solvent-based stain-resistant treatment specially developed for fired clay, terracotta, Catalan stoneware, and similar absorbent ceramic surfaces. The treatment reduces capillary absorption of water, oils, and other liquids, helping to prevent stains, moisture, and stubborn dirt, while restoring and enhancing the material’s original color.

Fang does not use resins to achieve its protective effect, so it does not form a surface film. The surface retains its original texture, breathability, and slip-resistant properties. This lack of a film also prevents problems associated with the aging of coatings, such as yellowing, peeling, or cracking. It offers good resistance to UV radiation and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

The product is ready to use and should be applied to surfaces that are completely clean and dry, with residual moisture below 5%. It can be applied with a brush, short-nap roller, or dry cloth. If the material requires it, a second coat may be applied after approximately 30–60 minutes. Neoquim states that the surface is dry and protected in approximately 6 hours. On low-absorbency substrates, any excess should be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth.
