Neoquim Mold and Mildew Remover is a fast-acting alkaline cleaner specifically developed for surfaces affected by microorganisms and surface vegetation. Its formulation includes surfactants, alkalis, wetting agents, and chlorine derivatives, combining the removal of mold, mildew, and moss with a bleaching action designed to reduce the characteristic black streaks left on the surface.

It can be used on facades, roofs, floors, walls, marble, terrazzo, concrete, and washable acrylic paints, among other compatible surfaces. Since it is not acid-based, it is particularly suitable for materials where an acid-based descaler might be inappropriate. Neoquim considers it suitable for both exterior and interior applications, although in enclosed spaces, adequate ventilation must be ensured during treatment.

The product is used undiluted. Before application, it is advisable to mechanically remove as much dirt as possible by scraping or using a pressure washer. It is then sprayed onto the surface and allowed to sit for approximately 10–15 minutes. Finally, remove the residue with a sponge, damp cloth, or pressure washer, and rinse thoroughly with water.

It is especially useful for restoring terraces, patios, walls, facades, and damp areas where environmental conditions periodically promote the growth of microorganisms.
