DESMOCEM - Desencofrante puro soluble

Neoquim Desmocem is a pure form release agent soluble in organic solvents, developed to prevent concrete and cement from adhering to forms during construction, building, and precasting work. Its use facilitates the subsequent removal of the formwork and reduces the mechanical effort required during demolding, while also helping to preserve the forms themselves between uses.

One of its main applications is in projects where a high-quality surface finish is required. Neoquim emphasizes that the product allows for demolding without staining or darkening the concrete—an important feature for exposed concrete, precast elements, and components where the final surface will be visible. It can be used with various formwork systems commonly employed on construction sites.

It should be applied to form a thin, uniform film on clean, dry formwork before pouring the concrete. It can be applied by spraying, brushing, or rolling, taking care to avoid excess product that could accumulate in certain areas. Its high anti-adhesive properties allow for use with small amounts of the product and facilitate subsequent reuse of the formwork. Desmocem products are available in various formulations within the Neoquim line; therefore, this data sheet specifically refers to pure, solvent-based Desmocem, and not to water-emulsifiable Desmocem H or other specialized variants.
