ANTIDESLIZANTE NQ AER

Neoquim Anti-Slip NQ AER is a solvent-based transparent varnish formulated with 100% acrylic resins, fine-grained transparent mineral fillers, and wetting additives. It is designed to increase slip resistance without chemically altering the substrate, making it particularly useful when acid-based or reactive treatments are not suitable. It provides a matte finish and moderate surface roughness that improves traction both on dry surfaces and, especially, on wet surfaces.

It can be applied to wood, metals, methacrylate, glass, terrazzo, concrete, plastics, resins, and painted surfaces, among other materials. No primer is required under normal conditions, although on very low-porosity substrates, Neoquim recommends light sanding to improve adhesion. Additionally, the product is resistant to yellowing caused by UV radiation and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The surface must be clean and dry. After shaking the aerosol can for one minute, spray from a distance of about 15–20 cm, applying one or two light coats and allowing 30–60 minutes between coats. The indicated coverage is approximately 0.8–1.2 m² per can. It is not intended for areas that are permanently submerged, and in the event of heavy traffic or abrasion, periodic reapplication may be required.
