Antideslizante-M

Neoquim Anti-Slip-M is a permanent chemical treatment specifically designed to increase the traction of marble surfaces and low-porosity calcareous materials. Its formulation combines acidic components, wetting agents, and reactive substances capable of interacting directly with the mineral surface, creating a microtexture that improves slip resistance.

It is especially recommended for polished marble and limestone floors, where the smooth finish can become particularly slippery when wet. It can be useful in entryways, bathrooms, patios, common areas, stairways, and other compatible mineral flooring where it is necessary to increase safety without resorting to additional surface coatings.

Unlike an anti-slip varnish, Antideslizante-M chemically modifies the surface of the material itself. For this reason, it is essential to correctly control the amount applied and the reaction time, as excessive treatment can alter the marble’s finish.

Before beginning, the surface must be completely clean and free of wax, grease, polishes, or protective treatments. It is always recommended to conduct a preliminary test on an inconspicuous area to verify both the level of traction achieved and any potential aesthetic changes. Neoquim expressly distinguishes this “M” version from its conventional anti-slip treatment for stoneware, porcelain tile, granite, and vitrified surfaces.
